01 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 456dd platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the 456dd website or services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

Single Account Policy

Each member may create only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual (using the same name, address, payment method, or device) are strictly prohibited. In such cases, all accounts will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

Information Required at Registration

• Your full and accurate name and personal details must be provided.
• An active, personal email address must be provided.
• Where applicable, documents required for identity verification may need to be submitted.

Identity Verification (KYC)

456dd reserves the right to initiate an identity verification process at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity carried out through the account.

Suspicious Activity

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per payment method).

• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Once a deposit transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the applicable wagering requirement (25x) must be met — meaning the total (deposit + bonus) amount must be wagered 25 times.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a bonus is claimed using multiple accounts or false information, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

456dd is committed to ensuring a fair play gaming environment. All games are operated by third-party technology providers and results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Conditions for Bet Cancellation

• If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical fault or software issue, the relevant bet may be cancelled and funds returned.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, the member cannot cancel it themselves.

Special Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports events, the specific rules for each event will apply. If an event does not take place or is cancelled for an unforeseen reason, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.

Live Casino

In live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, etc.), the game's own rules apply. If a bet remains incomplete due to a connection issue, the provider's decision will be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using cheating, bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Collusion (multiple parties deliberately attempting to manipulate outcomes together).
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Creating an account or conducting transactions using false information.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.
• Inappropriate or discourteous conduct toward other members of the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in the above activities, 456dd reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and notify the relevant authorities.

08 VIP Program

The 456dd VIP program has a total of 5 levels. Each level offers weekly cashback and special benefits. The opportunity to advance to a higher level depends on gaming activity and overall platform engagement.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

To receive VIP benefits, the account must be active and in good standing. Involvement in prohibited activities may result in the cancellation of VIP status and associated benefits. 456dd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

09 Responsible Gaming

456dd is not liable for any losses caused by unexpected technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party software errors. Although every effort is made to maintain a safe and reliable platform, temporary service interruptions may occur due to server maintenance or upgrades.

13 Rule Changes
